Shadowguard

Worn not for ceremony - but for sovereignty.

Forged in thread and stone, the Shadowguard is no bridal relic. It was never meant for altars or oaths - it was made for the guardians, the unseen, the ones who rule from behind the veil.

In the old courts of Eldara, not all power stood in sunlight. Beneath the marble halls and silver spires, there moved a silent order - keepers of balance, watchers of flame and fang, bearers of secrets no scroll could hold. These were the Shadowguard: neither knights nor queens, but something older. Uncrowned and unyeilding.

Their armor was not steel - it was thread-forged chain. Black as ravenwing, patterned like mail, set with pale stones to mark the lives they swore to protect. It was worn not to be noticed, but to recognize - a second skin, a woven vow of vigilance and grace.

This piece is a relic of that order. Each knot is an echo of their silence. Each stone, a memory carried.

"I am the unseen shield. the vow without voice. The light that moves in shadow."
